Grip Orientation: Depending on how concealable you want your pistol, you can specify how close the grip of the weapon should be to your body.
Ride: Depending on your application, you may wish to specify that the weapon ride higher or lower on your hip than standard. Most of our customers have found our standard ride is both very comfortable and very concealable.
Belt Loop Depth: Our standard belt loop depth is 3/8". This has shown to be the best general depth for most of our customers. If the belt loop is too narrow, it tends to be more difficult to get a good purchase of the weapon. If it is too deep, you begin to compromise concealability Here is where the user's build becomes more of a factor -- those with larger builds typically need more of an offset, and thus a deeper belt loop depth; those with a leaner build typically need greater concealability, and thus require a narrower belt loop.
Leather Base: All our holsters are available with an optional leather base. In other words, the portion that actually holds the pistol is plastic; however, the portion that contacts your body is made of leather. We offer this holster in a pancake style, a small-of-the-back style, crossdraw, or whatever you can think up. Click HERE to see an example. Be sure to specify hand stitching or machine stitching.
Colors: We offer several different colors of material to choose from: blue, gray, pewter, beige, ivory, olive drab, tan, white, and of course, black. Because these colors are a specialty item, not all colors may be available at the time you place your order. With sufficient quantity, however, any color can be available.
